ABOUT PEORIA
Peoria was voted #1 of Top 10 best places to live in Arizona in the 2021 edition of Ranking Arizona. Money Magazine also ranked Peoria 29th nationally in 2018. Peoria is a world-class, sustainable, and future-ready community that does not take a cookie-cutter approach to anything.

In addition to the multi-use Sports Complex, Peoria has more than 30 parks and 20 miles of trails. Nestled in the Northern Portion of Peoria is a couple of Mountain Preserves. Just 20 minutes from Peoria is Lake Pleasant where there’s plenty of fishing, various water sports, hiking, biking, and camping options available.

Just opened on October 2020 is Peoria's third community park, Paloma Community Park. Phase 1 of the park is 85 acres and Phase 2 will add another 40 more acres. Take a look at the link below for a video of all the amenities and activities this park has to offer.

If you’re more comfortable on the green than on the water, check out the city’s five golf courses. And each spring, a pair of sports teams gather here: The Peoria Sports Complex is the spring training home for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners.
